Contents Section 1:

(1) These Terms and Conditions of Use are content ratio of AnnoPirat (operator) and the users of the family and of the user (users). With the use of the services the user agrees to the inclusion of these general terms.
(2) The utilization ratio begins with the registration of the user to the respective service of the operator and through the adoption of the declaration by the operator through the creation of an access (account). It ends with the termination of the user, for example, by deleting his account, or by blocking or deletion of the account by the operator as well as termination by the operator.


Section 2 Scope of services:

The operator allows the user principle to participate in its services on the Internet. The user has the technical requirements to participate in the service itself. (2) The user has no right to attend the services of the operator. In particular the operator reserves the right to a notification to one or more services without justification to reject or restrict. (3) The operator does not ensure that the services satisfy the user's date. In particular, the operator does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information contained, the functional and substantive error free flow of services and the appropriateness of services for the user's end. The user has no right to compensate for handicaps caused by a faulty or non-functional service is working. Section 4 obligations of the user:

(3) The user undertakes, by programming errors or gaps in services (known bugs) willfully no advantage in the use of the services to provide. The user has actual or suspected bugs or irregularities to be kept confidential and the operator immediately reported. (4) The orders of the manager and his staff, the user has to be obeyed. (5) An infringement of the aforementioned obligations entitles the operator for immediate and any exclusion of the user from further participation at any or all services and blocking or deletion of the account or all of the user.


Section 5 termination:

(1) The user is entitled to his participation in individual, multiple or all services at any time without explanation and without a time limit to terminate. (2) The operator is entitled to one, several or all services at any time without a time limit to terminate when the services are terminated.
